Awards:
Angela has won 17 international-level Gold Quill Awards
(in 1981, 1983, 1987, 1989, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2008 and
2009) from the
International Association of Business Communicators
(IABC), including six specifically for communication
measurement projects. She was made a Fellow of IABC in 2008. She was named "1992 Communicator of
the Year" by the Orange County, California, chapter of IABC. She earned the designation Accredited Business
